All items bought directly from 110% carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. For a full refund, returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and items must be in clean, re-sellable condition with the original packaging.
If you've already hydrated the pads, place them inside the thermal package and send them back.

What is the fabric made out of?
The fabric is a blend of 70% polypropylene/30% elastic, developed for maximum comfort, compression and cold/heat transfer. It is anti microbial, moisture wicking and latex free.
Can I swim in the gear
Yes! The polypropylene yarn used in the construction of 110 products is hydrophobic and repels water away from the surface and is an ideal material for swimming. As with all garments exposed to chlorine, please remember to thoroughly rinse your gear with fresh water after training.
Are Ice sheets included with the garments?
Yes, here are the breakdowns:

Are the Ice sheets reusable?
Yes, the life of an ice sheet is generally 6 months.
How do the Ice sheets work?
Soak the Ice sheets with warm water until the cells expand to approx. 3/4 inch. (To ensure product durability, keep cells under 1".)
Thoroughly dry them off and place in freezer with the cloth side up. The ice sheets will stay frozen up to 1 hour and will be kept cold for up to 6 hours in the thermal bag. Ice sheets should be inserted with the black side facing you. If the cells shrink and appear flat over time, simply rehydrate as per the instructions above.
For ultimate fit and optimization, feel free to cut the ice sheets. Really, don't sweat it, it's fine.
Can I leave sheet packs in the shorts and just throw it in the freezer?
Yes! A convenient solution to inserting the ice sheet pack is to store the entire garment in the freezer with the ice packs... but we do recommend washing them before placing in the freezer.
Do they get hold and cold?
Yes, you can heat them, too. Microwave the sheets for approx. 15 seconds and they become heat therapy. To ensure safety, always remove them with a paper towel and never put them in direct contact with skin.
How long do they stay cold?
The ice sheets will stay frozen for approximately 1 hour at room temperature.
How long should I leave on the ice sheets?
Medical professionals recommend icing for 20 minutes following activity.
Do they need to be replaced? How often?
Under typical use, the ice sheets will begin to wear down after 6 months, but good news! We have replacement packs available on the website.
Is the product toxic? Safe against skin? Safe to consume?
Ice sheets are non toxic and microwave safe.
Do the calf sleeves have a right and left side?
Yes, because compression and fit is critical, the calf sleeves are specific to the right and left leg. Please check the inside top edge of the garment for the R or L.

Product Care – (e.g. can I wash it?)
The products are machine washable. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, no softeners. Dry flat. Do not bleach. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.
Any potential product risks?
- Do not leave the ice in the garment for more than 30 minutes for risk of frost bite
- If heating the ice sheets – do not microwave for longer than 60 seconds
