ALASTAIR MACMICHAEL, OUR MAN ON THE GROUND IN THE UK

The teachers at high school said that Alastair's main failing was playing too much sport to get good grades. Too much time on the rugby, football (soccer), cricket fields. However, this didn't stop him from moving on and getting a BSc. in Sports and Exercise Science and then to start his PhD (which he never finished - too much sport). He became the Sports Scientist for Team England Lacrosse developing all aspects of the players' fitness and helped coach the coaches in correct techniques. You name a sport and Alastair will know something about it and has probably played it! He then moved into agency life and over his career has worked with many great brands including Gatorade, Pepsi Max, Mountain Dew, London Eye and Madame Tussauds (to name a few), after merging his last agency into the mother agency he decided to listen to the voices in his head luring him back into the sports side and to put his marketing expertise and sports knowledge to good use. Living in the sticks gives him the ideal opportunity to take his dog for a run and to train to avoid being in races with his wife Kate (competitive family). His young kids keep him in check.

JENN VONHAGEN, MARKETING DIRECTOR, PRO-LAUGHER

Born and raised in the Miami sunshine, Jenn grew up with a natural preference for outdoor sports, the water and SPF above 50. After graduating from Florida State University, she began her career in sales at The Principal Financial Group, ADP and Bristol Meyers Squibb. Pretty soon the pull of something more creative set in, and Jenn turned her focus to marketing, joining the Jacksonville-based software company Vurv Technology and later taking on the role of chief marketing officer for Swyft Technology. A cross-country runner in high school, Jenn's endurance sport of choice is running. She completed her first marathon in 2008 and takes to the open road when it's time to get creative or solve problems. As Marketing Director at 110%, Jenn makes sure the conversation is authentic and always stays fresh (no matter where it's happening: website, social media, events and in stores!). When she's not training for the occasional Ragnar Relay, you'll find Jenn running (sort of in circles) to keep up with her family: her husband Justin and their two children, Chloe' and Charlie
